Report Highlights

The combination of China’s rising population to 2030, plus the expansion of the elderly population, as a proportion of the total population, will create additional pressure on the government in terms of healthcare provision especially for the elderly.

According to the Ministry of Health, by the end of October 2010, the three public health insurance schemes covered 1,233 million Chinese citizens, accounting for more than 90% of the total population.

Domestic manufacturers dominate the Chinese generics market, accounting for nearly 99% of generics sales of both branded and unbranded generics. The domestic industry has expanded rapidly as companies have improved their manufacturing capacities.

Credit Card Deals Report – CreditDonkey Highlights Bonus Reward Points

CreditDonkey

(PRWEB) July 26, 2011

CreditDonkey released its top credit card picks this week, based on bonus reward points. With hundreds of rewards credit card offers available to consumers today, CreditDonkey sifts through the offers to help consumers cut down on the necessary research time to find the cards that offer them the best deals.

Introductory Bonus Point Deals:

Citi ThankYou Preferred — $ 200 gift card – When you redeem the 20,000 bonus ThankYou® Points received after $ 700 in purchases within 3 months of being opening; other have include % intro APR for 7 months, anniversary bonus each year and $ yearly fee. Citi ThankYou Premier — Earn 50,000 bonus ThankYou Points after $ 2,000 in purchases within 3 months of account opening – enough for $ 500 in Gift Cards; $ 125 annual fee. Chase Sapphire — Earn 25,000 bonus points after you spend $ 3,000 in the first 3 months – that’s $ 250 toward a round trip flight or any other reward; $ annual fee. Chase Sapphire Preferred — Earn 50,000 bonus points after you spend $ 3,000 in the first 3 months – that’s worth $ 625 toward airfare or hotel accommodations; no annual fee for your first year – a $ 95 value.

Looking at the bonus points features of the four credit card picks above, consumers are reminded that not all cards are created equal. Between the bonus points, extra point accrual on certain purchases and fee structures, there are many features for future cardholders to take into consideration.

“Individuals who are able to responsibly use their credit cards can really benefit from choosing to use one of these credit cards as their primary payment option,” says Charles Tran, founder of CreditDonkey. “They essentially are paying themselves for their responsible attributing usage. Between the bonus points and their regular points accrual, they are capable to add cash back to their wallets.”

And Tran reminds consumers that an annual fee shouldn’t necessarily be a deal breaker.

“Before you let an annual fee turn you off from a card, you should take the time to look at all of the card benefits,” says Tran. “As long as you are utilizing your credit card to make purchases you would normally make, earning a complimentary plane ticket on an annual basis and hundreds of dollars worth of bonus rewards makes the annual fee more than pay for itself.”

Credit report Q&A

Can one denial item show up twice on your credit report?

The company that I financed this ring with go bankrupt, and I presume my rationalization was assumed by another company.Anyway, when I pulled my credit report, it shows I own 2 separate negative items…one next to the original company, and again near the company that assumed it. Is this right? Can I be “doulbe whammied” for one debt?My second question is how do I turn about getting one of them removed from my credit report? Do I stipulation to dispute this with the credit bureaus?

I didn’t know nearly the debts until I looked at my credit report for the first time last year and compensated them as soon as possible. If you were to append all of my credit score from transunion, experian, and equifax, the sum would be less than 1700. I’ve merely just recently start to qualify for relatively low credit rein in cards that I wasn’t able to qualify for solely 6 months ago. Despite the negativity of the collection accounts and a credit card deliquency of 60 days (out of 3 years), using 3 low-limit credit cards wisely and keeping a worthy balance to restrain ratio, would good practices verbs to increase my credit score more and more or would they be hurt a ton by the salaried collections for the next 7 years?

Can the creditor or collection agency remove a collection information from my credit report? How to converted?

I very soon have one collection rationalization on my ascribed report marked as compensated. I have be turned mastered for certain benefits because of this recent collection explanation being on my credit described. I tried file a dispute online w/ equifax (the CRA reporting the collection account). Because of my recent changes within address, the online/call methods neglect to verify me, so i cannot charge my credit report. Now I am supposed to mail within several pieces of POA to validate my current address. Before i do this, is it possible for the creditor or the collection agency to remove the account from my copy? If so, i’d care to try it b/c at smallest i can talk to someone.

Why can they just not settle that it’s on my destroy, and leave it alone!? Does it use up my credit score (which I own try to keep positively PERFECT since my bankruptcy) if they keep key it like this, vs them NOT?Can I dispute this and trademark them delete all the “KD”‘s on my report, seeing as it’s something from 3 yrs ago, already?

Question by Jim D: How fast do credit card companies report changes?
I have paid down around balances already for some time but the changes are not appearing on my credit report. I’m not pulling up my credit however, I have alerts when my scores go up or down or if there’s inquiries etc. Do I have to ask them to report the change in balance? Why is it that when you rack up a ton of charges they report them really fast but when they’re paid off, they take forever? Is there a way to “speed up” the process?

Best answer:

Answer by gregory t
all the credit card card copmaines report to the three credit bureaus once a month. Just paying down balances in one month will not make a difference in your score unless your debt to income ratio makes a big change. Here is some more detailed info about it -http://buildcredit.ifastnet.comGood luck.

lenders or loan officers- please help!!!?

Question by Cathy: lenders or loan officers- please help!!!?
i know having your attributed ran too many times will lower your fico score and it stays on your credit reports for two years. i’m not going to be buying my house until probably 6 to 8 months from now.i’m trying to get quotes for a first time home buying loan but everywhere i look they want to run my credit score. i have excellent credit flop now with an average of the three at about 750. i pay off my credit cards every month and really don’t carry a debt. what can i do to get a solid rate comparison without having my attributed ran too many times before i’m ready to purchase my home?*i’m shopping lowest interest rates on a 30years fixed 80/20 loan with home value at 300k. or the lowest interest rate on a 80/10/10 loan if they offer it.if i run my own credit report it won’t affect my credit score, can i send you (lenders) copies of all three credit agencies?? would lenders go for that?? preapproval, i know i tin get an approval from anyone. ( i make good money, zero debt, good assign, secure job) i’m not looking for just an approval,, i need a solid rate comparison. see what the best rates these lenders have to accosted.. provided that all requirements are met.Dizzy, thanks i’ll check the window of time frame and i’ll call the credit agencies.. the reason i put 6-8 months is because that’s probably the length of time before i tin come up with the down for the 80/20 i was also interested in the 80/10/10 with no pmi. before my brother in law by away he told me something about this, that, if i tin prove that i tin show that i have about $ 30k sacking sitting in the bank or investment plus my $ 30k for at 10% down, that i tin get a 90/10 with no pmi. or was that a 80/10/10??i think i’m equitable kicked confused! :( if what my brother-in-law say exist, and if someone knows what he’s talking approximately, then i’m ready to purchase today, but i’ve been told that don’t exist anymore. so now i have to wait 6-8 months until i come up with the additional 10% down without liquidating my mutual funds.hi jeremy, i do have documents to verify my income and investments. i don’t carry any debt and i do pay off my cc every month. actually i only use one of my credit cards which offers money back on new purchases and i pay it off every month. as far as waiting for 6-8 months, i don’t really have to wait if they have a 80/10/10 loan or a 90/10 loan. i’m trying to avod PMI. lol. i just don’t want to liquidate my investments to purchase an internal flop now for the 80/20 no pmi loan. so if i have to wait another 6-8 months to come up with the additional 10%downwards then i would.i’m in orange county california btw

Logistic distribution maps credit score to probability of default (PD)

The logistic function can be used to transform a credit score into a probability of default (PD). The advantages of the logistic are (i) it easy to calculate and (ii) as a cumulative distribution function (CDF) the output is, appropriately, a probability between and 1.. In this video, I show two approaches to the exponent, which itself is the negative of a product of vectors (-b*x). First, the two-factor linear probability model that produces a “credit score;” the credit score is then transformed into a PD. Second, an illustrated usage which starts with “internal credit ratings” from to 100, with 100 representing perfect credit quality; in this case, the internal credit rating is adjusted to a scale usable to the logistic, then the logistic function is again used to compute a PD. The spreadsheet is available on our website!

Tips For Raising Your Credit Score For Newbies

Tips For Raising Your Credit Score For Newbies

The credit score is often the determining factor when it comes to getting approved for a loan or mortgage. For those who do get approved, the score can determine the interest rate that is charged. Having a score just two small points below the threshold for the best rates can cost an individual thousands of dollars. Following some tips for raising your credit score will help prevent that from happening.

Raising the score takes time and any attempts at quick fixes can easily backfire. The key is for an individual to practice responsible credit management over a long period. There are online calculators, including one provided by FICO, one of the major entities that determine credit scores. Reviewing these tools will illustrate just how much money individuals can save by improving their credit scores.

]]>

The most obvious way to improve the score is to pay bills on time. The longer period the bills are paid timely, the better the credit score will be. If an account goes into collections, subsequently paying it off will not remove the account from a credit report until seven years have passed. Therefore, individuals should contact the creditor once it is determined that the account cannot be paid on time to see if alternate payment arrangements can be made.

Additional guidelines include keeping outstanding credit card balances low and paying off debt rather than juggling it between cards.
